Comment of the Day: The Astrodome Ain't No Wrigley Field

We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
We reported on how Harris County Judge Ed Emmett, like many politicos before him, is calling for someone to do something with the Astrodome. Don't tear it down, he said in his State of the County address, but more study is called for, he said.
One of our readers was not impressed.

At this point there shouldn't be any room for nostalgia. Its not Wrigley Field, it doesn't need to be preserved. It's just a waste of precious tailgating space. Tear it down. Its already become quite evident nothing will ever be done with it.
