Police have arrested a very unsubtle photographer of women undressing in a Memorial City Mall store.

David Eduardo Garcia, 25, went into a private dressing room at the Hollister store there, KTRK reports, stuck a camera under the dividers of the stalls and clicked away, according to court documents.
That's not exactly taking care in properly framing the subject, focusing, checking the light, all the other things quality photographers do. Police no doubt confiscated the camera, so eventually his work will be judged, but frankly his methodology shows a disturbing lack of attention to detail.
He's being held on $2,000 bond for crimes against women, if not art.
