Comment of the Day: Hasselhoff Was a Jerk in Lake Jackson

We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.

So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.

This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.

Yesterday we informed you that legendary entity David Hasselhoff had recently been in Lake Jackon for a few days, taping a reality show where D-list celebs trade places with "real people" who share their name.

We said Lake Jackson seemed to have survived, but apparently it was a close-run thing.

Hasselhoff was a total jackass to everyone while he was here in Lake Jackson. Met him at the mall, and all he could do was bitch about his assistant being out sick and therefore unable to deal with the townsfolk for him. Dooooooouuuuuuche.

Color us shattered, illusion-wise.

i met hasselhoff in laughlin and he was very nice. he talked to us like regular people and asked us questions. he took time out to sign autographs and take pictures with him. whoever says he was a douche didn't like him in the first place and is just saying that to be an ass.

When I met David Hasselhoff in Mississippi for the Gulf is Back Special he was wonderful to all of his fans. He was very sweet and polite and sign autographs for everyone that asked. I think the media enjoys saying bad things about him, I saw nothing of the sort .

Never have I done this before. No time to blog or view social sites. But I am sad to hear someone had a bad experience with Mr. Hasselhoff as he was nothing but gracious and accomodating when he visited Kicks Club. Totally redeemed his image portrayed on the web. Very sweet to all who asked for photos and autographs. Shows you how the web can influence with just an innuendo or one mistake. I am glad my past is not emblazoned on the world wide web for all to judge! Aren't you?

That's pretty classic Hasselhoff, I've heard. It's 'me' 'me' me' all the time with him. But people still love him. He even did a GPS voice so people can have him give directions in the car which has to be one of the most egotistical moves of all time. Wow > http://www.navtones.com/thehof...
