Comment Of The Day: War On Christmas Edition
We have some great commenters here on Hair Balls, and it's time we paid some damn attention to them.
So we'll be highlighting a Comment of the Day each morning, from the previous day's work. Maybe two comments, even.
This will all be determined by a highly rigorous scientific formula involving wit, clarity and whatever else we feel like at the moment.
Yesterday we wrote about one mor battlefront on the neverending War on Christmas. The U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals refused to dismiss lawsuits against two Texas principals who had blocked elementary students from handing out Jesus pencils and religious candy canes.
This brought forth two comments worth highlighting:

Hopefully both Jesus and God are strong enough to combat this war on
Christmas. I don't want them in a bad mood during the holidays; they've
been known to wreak havoc with weather and airports when they're
feeling testy.
