Bobbi Mihal: Suit Says Farouk Shami's Company Fired Her For Not Being Muslim

• GROW UP! People get hired and fired from jobs all the time. You are not required to be Muslim to work for Farouk Systems but you do need to do the best job you can. If you do things the wrong way then you are subject to being fired, that's how it is in most companies. The Shami's are fair, generous, kind and caring. I never had a problem with the Shami's while I worked there. I am not bitter ex-employee.

• It is true! The company has inexperience hairstylist in management there now. Bobbi Mihal was one of few that have college education and experience that deserve a management title. Right after the loss of his campaigning, he let many people go without notice and reason. Farouk Systems� Human Resource do not work the for employees it works for the Shami�s. Employment there is like moving cattle in and out. The location in Kashmere Garden that was open during Farouk�s campaign closed this summer and many loss their jobs. Here is the layout: Purchasing department is mgmt by an Muslim Accounting was mgmt by Muslin decent until he was let go for sexual harassment. (That goes on a lot there) He removed CFO and his team that was Caucasian. He did not last long. IT Department was mgmt by a Muslim. He reassigned. Legal Department �Counsel Muslim Customer Service is leadership � Caucasian Graphics � Caucasian Female Show Department � Caucasian Female Education Caucasian Female I could go on and on� Farouk�s stated that �White don�t want to start from the bottom and work their way up in a company�, �They want high positions�. Farouk Systems provides employee appreciation day which pretty honor the �Hispanics �. He hired Mexican Mariachi Band and gave them praises for their hard work. All we could do was just sit there with a blank look on our face. Anyone that worked for him 5 years and received bonus, but the unemployment status now should show that there are very few people left that can receive it.
