George W. Bush: Ask him about his belt
Currently unemployed former Houstonian George W. Bush will be in town this week to sign copies of his book, offering customers a rare chance to pay full price for Decision Points before it hits the cutout bins.

He's appearing in an obscure, out-of-the-way part of town called "River Oaks," we can only hope he will find his kind of people there.

If you're thinking of going, think again. It's sold out.

You had to get a wristband to get your book signed -- and you had to buy the book; W was not signing whatever you put in front of him as if it was an execution rejection -- and those are long gone.

Still, the event offers a great experience for journalists -- like if you want to shoot the event, you have to show up no later than 5:45 a.m. to get searched by the Secret Service. And you can shoot from afar for only 10 minutes once the 90-minute signing begins at 8:30 a.m.

If you're one of the lucky few to have wristbands, we hope you dress up like it's Harry Potter or something and come as your favorite Bush moment. Or just blast Kanye on your iPod as the former commander-in-chief scribbles away in your book.
