You may not have heard of KLST in San Angelo, but it's the best place to go for news of the throbbing heart of the Concho Valley.
Also, they like to show dicks in their weather reports.
They do, at least, according to the screengrab after the jump, which is making its way around the internetz. Do not click if you're offended by the sight of a giant prick resting on Texas, with Dallas getting teabagged just about to death.
