• 20something - I really want to thank you for your query, and response to my comments. As a late 30something, I found your comments refreshing, and insightful. What I want for this country is a government that leads with some semblance of common sense. Now, I realize the chances of that happening in my lifetime are slim to none. You would probably be surprised to know that I dislike the Republicans as much as the Democrats. Perhaps one day I will stop being such a smart ass and post constructive and positive comments on all things political. Perhaps one day Keith Olbermann will stop being such an asshole. You never know...

• Early, I got to ask you, what do you want for this country and who do you want to "lead us into the light"? You constantly bash our current administration. Now I don�t really care about your political stance (mama always told me not get caught up in the affairs of arrogant men) but you seem ardent to make it known how much you detest the president of this country. • so you geniuses really think the abortion rate has absolutely nothing to do with peoples ability to have the time/money to be able to go to school? are you at all familiar with how ones education level strongly impacts their oppurtunities/income level in life. in sounding crude, i'll even go as far to mention that statistically those who terminate unwanted pregnancies are less dependent on government handouts. gov't handouts are what, maybe 5% of your spoiled boomer generations entitlements anyhow. grow up please and let people with a clusters of cells growing inside them decide what to do with it themselves.

• Sarah Palin is all image, no substance. For whatever reason, she pissed me off most when she was ranting about wasteful government spending. She snidely remarked that we spend x amount a year on, of all things, fruit fly research. Can ya believe it?! Either she's incredibly ignorant about genetics (and myriad other things) or purposefully misleads people, probably both. Also, "fruit fly" sounds gay! Politicians don't need to be geniuses, but they do have to have some sort of critical thinking ability, some intellectual aggressiveness. Palin seems to lack these. She's also intentionally divisive. • I'm gaggin' -- also without a "g" It's fitting that Palin will appear here with her "help and hope"-- First Baptist's child care facility couldn't get accredited by the state a few years back because they refused to change their corporal punishment policy ("Spare the rod, spoil the child.") Bring it, teabaggers! Anyone whoopin' up on someone smaller than themselves needs to get a taste of their own meds.
