Nick Kosir: The Rapping Weatherman's San Francisco Gig Is Over

• Hmmmm, "anonymus" idahoan... you really do appear to have an understanding of the english language - I just guess that first word you typed was kind of rough on the mind... How about we phonetically try the word out together? Try this, [uh-non-uh-muhs]! It's alright, you forgot an, "o" - I forgive you! :) But no in all seriousness, I ask that many blessings and heart-felt condolences be brought upon every Idahoan. Y'all truly have no idea what y'all are in for. I'd personally recommend not tuning to whatever station it is that he'll be broadcasting on, also for the simple fact your ears may not be able to handle the voice that comes from that "lovely" wife of his, Danielle Kosir. I've mentioned it before and I'll repeat it again. Maybe you'll make it a drinking game, who knows? Check out an episode of "The Nanny", then watch Danielle speak - the resemblence is uncanny, and I mean that in a totally thank goodness she is out of our "swamp" way. To the Kosir's, you are wished the best. "So long..........." [Alright, let's close this curtain! That glory hog Nick is probably getting a kick from all this publicity. No news, like this news.. right?]

• Southern Idaho is not the dead and beoynd. We actually have schools, hospitals, concerts, resturaunts and much more. We even deal with the same issues that the big city deals with. Though we have a more suburban look. Meaning if you wish to live in a condo, town house or apartment fine or you can live in a house with a two or three car garage, wahoo. You can even have a lawn or plant rock out front. You might try the area before you decide that moving to a place that offers both you and your spouse a job along with giving you the feeling that we value you is not a great choice.

• anonymous, please realize that you're reading a blog post about a rapping weatherman on the internet. one would assume this is a good place to not take things seriously. aren't there facebook messages to go check or articles about reducing our deficit to look at.

• @ Anonymous - Place of birth isn't necessarily that relevant, but they certainly chose to live in the Golden Triangle. The Bay Area manages to cram about 70% more people into somewhat less of a sprawl than Houston metro, and is significantly more liberal than Houston, let alone Beaumont (and its suburbs, Vidor, Woodville, etc.). In comparison, the only place I've seen a Stars and Bars painted on a barn in at least the last 20 years was in southern Idaho, and yes, I travel all over the South on both big roads and small.

• Good grief Mr. Greif, get a grip! I'm sure you can find a replacement to read the oh so tumultuous San Francisco weather on camera. I have no problem with Kosir taking another job if it is a better location for his wife and is the right decision for their family.

• @jason so true =) @joel I do suppose marriage is just a contract right? so if you dumb your wife for a job, it's just business right? it's amazing that people really think this way...(I would denote that the first part of this statement is sarcasm for any who wonder...it was simply to prove a point) @mollusk I'm not sure from your comment if you meant nick or not but FYI he nor she was actually from Beaumont. Finally, in my opinion. I see a lot of quotes and one side of a story. And lets face it, what GM is going to come out and say "maybe he didn't like it at our station since we're the crappiest one in San Francisco" Don't judge people.

• Somehow a move to invigorating Twin Falls Idaho (well, it IS the biggest city between Boise and Pocatello) seems more logical to someone from Boremont than a move to San Francisco.

• I guess this is just the first time these guys have seen such behavior in an industry where professionalism, dignity, and respect for others are at the core of what they represent and do!

• Good job Joel! You show a complete lack of understanding regarding professionalism and relationships. Both in one post. Impressive.
