Bullet Train Dream Still Remains Popular, If Not Likely To Happen

When we wrote earlier this week about a Japanese executive giving a presentation about a bullet train between Houston and Dallas, we really didn't think much of it. They've been talking about this pipe dream for years, so what was one more meeting about it?
