Bad Cop Lesson #248: Don't Rip Off The Non-Criminals
Times must indeed be tough locally if Houston police are forced to seek "financial assistance" from the civilian population:![]()

A Houston police officer has been accused of stealing from drug suspects and those he pulled over in the line of duty.Matthias Dornellien, 24, was charged with theft by a public servant. He appeared in court on Monday and was released on $5,000 bond.
Investigators said the police department received several complaints about Dornellien and his patrols in the Third Ward.
[...]
Internal Affairs said the officer stole $273 from an undercover officer he pulled over.
