Texans' Scratch-Off Lotto Ticket: How Bad Can It Be?

​The Texas Lottery announced a new Houston Texans scratch-off game today, with lots of second-chance prizes like "Autographed authentice Texans jersey from a Texans star player."

Scratch-off games can be cruel. Especially when you're dealing with the Texans.

How bad can it get? Just take a look at the doozy of a card:
