Killed by a drunk teenaged driver
A jailer with the Harris County Sheriff's Office was killed early Saturday when a drunk teen rammed into his motorcycle as he waited at a red light, officials say.

Gregory Hundl was heading home after a shift at the jail and was stopped at the U.S. 9 service road near Aldine-Bender around 6:30 a.m. Michele Renee Arnold, 19, plowed into the motorcycle and send Hundl traveling at least 80 feet through the air, police say.

Arnold blew a .147 on a Breathalyzer test, the sheriff's office said. The legal limit in Texas is .08.

She was charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Hundl had been with the sheriff's office since 2008, and had served in the Navy.
