Ruben Escobedo Juarez, 41, has been charged with murder in the case of the unidentified female, believed to be between 40 and 50 years old. Her remains were discovered ny a passerby in woods in the 6100 block of Frisco about 6 p.m. Friday.
Her identity has been withheld pending notification of family, and the cause of death will be determined by an autopsy, police say.
Police say witness statements identified Juarez as the suspect, and he was arrested without incident Monday.
