• Those movie clips prove what I brought up with Steve McVicker last year in private emails (I read the book and the articles about this). I had seen the European trailer on Youtube or Rotten Tomatoes or something, and I sent Steve a couple of emails with the following point: A story about an incredible conman who happened to be gay was turned into a story about a gay guy who happens to be an incredible conman. Why? It's backward. It's stupid. After seeing these clips I do not blame any distributor for not taking this film. Virtually nobody but gays are going to watch this movie. Why were those scenes that I just watched necessary for the movie? Why is a scene about buttfucking ("come in my ass.")necessary? Really? "Come in my ass" was a necessary detail of this amazing story? If it had been a heterosexual couple would you have included a sex scene like that? Why was this detail included? Just stupid. The Houston Press articles were outstanding. The book was great. But, Steve, you fucked up. Think about it in the future, Steve, as the would be royalty checks would be rolling in in the coming years if you had made the movie the proper way.
