• Texas Penile code (lol) requires that a person expose his "anus or any part of his gentalia" in the presence of another (person, not anus hole), and "reckless" about whether someone who might be offended might see. We have the right to confront our accuser. Let that person who paid to come into a porn theater and was offended say so in court. (The customer is not "reckless" if the cop has to lie (is undercover) about who he is to 1. get past the receptionist/cashier; 2. in order to gain admission to the porn theater; 3. to see exposed penises.)

• A porn theater is a public place, yes. Cigar bars are public, as are skating rinks. • As one has an expectation of privacy in personal conversation, I think one has a perfectly reasonable (as in "any reasonable person would agree") that you're goning in to a porn theater to see penises and vaginas.
