Mindy McCready Knows NOTHING About That Tape Where She Spoke Of Roger Clemens' Small, Limp Penis

Mindy McCready, who has both lived and sung country songs, is apparently feeling some heat over the sex tape in which she allegedly screws someone energetically and then, in an interview, discusses the ins-and-outs (or lack thereof) of having sex with Roger Clemens.

Her attorney, a Nashville lawyer who claims to be called Adam Dread, has issued a statement of the matter:

We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports. However, we can confirm that any illegally-obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure.

Not aware of the production of it? So the whole thing, including the sexy chat, was surreptitiously taped?

It's possible, we guess. Because with Mindy McCready, anything is possible, we've all learned.
