League City Ladies Room Peeper Nabbed

​Imagine this scenario, ladies. You're out shopping, and your bladder is bursting. You rush to a stall and sit down to pee. Ahhh, bliss. Suddenly, from the stall next door, this head appears under the partition:

That head belongs to Dickinson's Juan Gomez, who is alleged to have peeped under partitions at a Ross, Wal-Mart and TJ Maxx along the Gulf Freeway in League City.

"He was like a snake, a lizard," a victim named Jessica Burnett told Channel 11.

Burnett said she and a co-worker had stopped to shop at the store Jan. 23 on their way back from a Texas Press Association convention in Galveston.

Burnett said she was in the restroom stall about 12:30 p.m. when she glanced down and saw a man crawling under the partition and staring at her.

She said she screamed, kicked at him and ran out of the restroom. The man ran away, she said.

Ultimate Clear Lake reports that Gomez, 24, is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, a Class C misdemeanor. He also has an outstanding Galveston County warrant for failure to truthfully identify himself, a Class B misdemeanor.

Employees of some of the stores where Gomez struck also told police that Gomez had allegedly been hanging around the parking lot showing pictures from Playboy magazine to random women.
