Kenneth Starr, the out-of-control special prosecutor who felt the need to salaciously include every last sordid detail about Bill Clinton's extra-marital activities, is the new face of Baylor.
Baylor doesn't exactly play up the Clinton angle; there's nary a mention of "oral/anal" or cigars at all in the official announcement.
Judge Starr taught Constitutional Law for over 12 years as an adjunct professor at New York University School of Law, and he was a distinguished visiting professor at George Mason University School of Law in Fairfax, Virginia and Chapman Law School in Orange, California. He served 6 years as United States Circuit Court of Appeals Judge for the District of Columbia; 4 years as Solicitor General of the United States during which time he argued 25 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court; and Independent Counsel for five investigations, including Whitewater, from 1994 to 1999.Before going to Baylor, Starr was the dean of the Pepperdine School of Law, which is kind of funny given his running roughshod over the Constitution while spending scores of millions of dollars to come up with bupkis.
Starr is a San Antonio native, so in some sense he's returning home. Baylor says his selection was unanimous, which says as much about Baylor as it does Starr.
