More Personnel Moves In HISD's TAKS-Cheating Investigation

HISD spokesman Norm Uhl tells Hair Balls six district employees have been reassigned since the Thursday announcement of the investigation.
The Houston Chronicle was first with the news, reporting the Mable Caleb, the former Key principal now head at Kashmere High, had been removed from that campus.
Uhl confirmed that to us: "There is an interim principal running the school, so yes," he said.
HISD is looking into charges of tampering with TAKS scores and moving computer equipment from Key to Kashmere that presumably contained indications of that.
The teachers' union, and Caleb's lawyer, have denied the allegations.
Caleb was on vacation when the announcement of the investigation was made last week.
Uhl says the executive director of the Kashmere feeding pattern, Diana Gibson Johnson, is serving as interim principal at Kashmere.
