More Trouble For Bellaire's Randy Quaid

​Who ever though that Dennis Quaid -- the guy who got in a custody battle with Meg Ryan over their guru -- would turn out to seem the sane one in the Quaid family? 

Dennis' older brother Randy has stepped in it again, missing a court appearance in California and thus engendering an arrest warrant against him and his wife, the AP reports.

The pair were supposed to appear in a Santa Barbara criminal court for a hearing on charges they defrauded an innkeeper. Those charges got them arrested in West Texas earlier this year.

The posted bond and were freed, but their failure to appear means they've forfeited the $40,000 they paid to get out.

Quaid's attorney has said the dispute with the Cailfornia hotel was all a misunderstanding over a credit card. As for missing the court appearance, he didn't return calls from the AP.
