A Little Couple? A Little Booooorring.

• It's so sad to see that the writer of this column does not apparently get what millions of other people around the world see when they watch, "The Little Couple". Just because what they are doing is boring to you may not be boring to others. First, they are little, second they are highly successful, and third they are really good people! I would rather watch them any day then shows like, "Kate plus Eight","Teen Mom" or "Jersey Shore"! In this day and age we need to get back to shows that focus on principles and values of hard working and honest people. If you and all haters cannot say anything nice then please don't say anything at all because we do not need any more negativity in this world!

• I Love the Litte Couple. I can not see what is so boring about the show. If you are bord then you must not like people. So what if they get along, think about it not many married couple do get along, mainly tv star couples. So give them a break. If you have a problem with the show then you should keep your mouth shut. Don't Speak, for there are many that do love the show. To anyone else who have problems with the show Don't TALK! Now however, the people that do love the show let everyone know. For we want them to stay on the air. To stay on the tv and not be taken off. **To Bill, and Dr. Arnold good luck, your show is the best, may you stay strong in all that you do. Do not give up, we that love you are always there for you both.** PS. Those that hate the Little Couple do not speak, just keep your thoughts about the show to your sorry selfs!!!!!!!!!!!

• I happen to like the show. It is so refreshing to see something besides The Bachlorette or Kate Gossilin with her 8 kids running around. Her husband just wanted to run around with college girls and not keep a job where he supported the family. Kate Gossilin on Dancing with Stars was a real dumb thing for her to make money. She couldn't dance any better than a clydesdale horse. But the show keeps getting new shows. Dumb, Dumb. There is nothing wrong with the Little Couple being normal except for their stature. If people don't like the show go watch

• Ok I love the show there for I watch it, if you don't like it then change the freaking channel buddy.

• I enjoy the show and look forward to the episodes. I have never known a "little couple", as I expect most people have not, so I was not aware of the things they have to go through in life. Just last night I tried reaching for things on her height and it is like standing on your head. Also, average size people take pregancy for granted. Would you RATHER watch a mom that took fertility drugs, went through a bad public divorce and now is showing her kids off in public for money?

• I happen to find that Bill and Jen are what we should be watching, not so much of the bad stuff that seems to be all that we can get on TV lately. I enjoy seeing them buying groceries, picking out clothes, etc. I enjoy it because there is nothing immoral or "dirty" about the show. They don't argue or cause commotion and that is the way all and I do mean all couples should be living.

• I love this show. It's impressive how they have come along even though they have a disadvantage. They are common folk just like us and it's their way of proving it! Now for those watching Toddlers and Tiaras...

• I LOOVE this show. Claiming they are boring is just dumb because half the crap that is on tv is based on people who have no palpable worth other than to procreate and cash in on regular ol biology (wonder who I may be referring to....hmmmm) People's hearts and minds are opening with this show because it was TLC's highest rated new reality show if I've heard correctly. They're intelligent and cute as all heck together. Hope it stays on for a long time!

• I agree - this show is The Boring Couple - it is excruciating to watch. CDM is onto something - Jen seems helpless and pathetic at times but is a premie doctor? And Bill seems like a jerk - why is he telling her that he will not be seen with her if she buys some frigging ugly baby shoes? She needs to toughen up and get a life.

• What's interesting is Jen Arnold becomes vulnerable when Bill is sick. Watching her looking helpless makes you wonder how well Jen is physically. Then, in her work setting - she is confident, self-assured and extremely capable. I watch the show and actually miss it when it's not on because Bill (on the other hand is an accident just waiting to happen. He's afraid of everything - but yet spends an awful lot of time bragging about his chest size. Little Jen loves him; but, when she did a convention - you could tell Bill was really getting on her nerves. I laughed. It's interesting to watch how really, really small they both are too.

• We enjoy this show. I am impressed with the level of accomplishment of these folks who have faced extreme physical hardship. Plus, I just like them. I'd like to be friends with them. Bill makes us laugh. Jennifer does too. And although I saw the episode where they were looking at houses in Sugar Land, I never saw where they purchased, which means they must still live (gasp!) amongst you inside 610 loop near the medical center. Unlike Jon & Kate (gag) and Toddlers in Tiaras (someone call CPS), it is tres entertaining. The Houston scenery is fun too. I like how Cafe Annie promptly shut down after an episode filmed there. They should have chosen a better restaurant to celebrate a birthday.

• Sadly, the most interesting part of this show for me is recognizing the Houston landmarks in the show. However, the rate of how often I squeal "Ooooh, it's Bering's!" doesn't really make up for how deadly DULL the rest of the show is.

• I feel the same way about shows about people and how they date and plan weddings and get married and have kids and stuff - like....STFU already.....who cares anymore.....

• I can envision the executive pitching the idea for the show to the studio. "Ok, we've got an idea for a show that's both compelling on a human level, and an opportunity to teach tolerance. It's about a married couple. They're two normal, intelligent people living quietly in the suburbs with a dog, but only they're <i>Fun-Sized</i>! The slack-jawed hicks in flyover country are gonna eat it up!"

• I agree 100 percent, and I think your last paragraph explains it perfectly. While the title of the show implies that it will be about them having trouble assimilating to a world geared toward larger people, the content reveals that they get along just fine. Hence, we have show after show of banal, boring everyday life. You know what the sad part is? Though I rarely watch reality shows of any ilk, these two normal, intelligent people fail to entertain me the way those brain-dead, problem-ridden imbeciles on most other reality shows do. Am I just jaded, or am I part of the unwashed, lowest common denominator? Should I just give up and start wearing a mustard-stained wifebeater while I drink Busch tallboys and shout drunkenly at the TV because Brett kicked the wrong girl off his tour bus?
