Sex Claims Against High-Profile Lawyer Dismissed

We took notice last year when high-profile plaintiffs' attorney Richard Laminack was sued for sexual harassment.

So it's only fair to take note that the case has been dismissed.

"I have always had faith in the system and knew that the facts would speak for themselves," Laminack said in a prepared statement. "While it is wonderful that our society allows anyone to readily file a lawsuit, our legal structure does have mechanisms built in to deal with frivolous lawsuits such as this. This has certainly been a long and painful process for all of us to go through."

There is one part of the case remaining, involving overtime issues. But that's hardly as exciting as (dismissed) claims of sexual harassment against both male and female employees.
