Trouble is, the two pictures seem to show two very different buildings.
Speculation has been rampant as to whether the two drawings (shown after the jump) are two different buildings or the same (schizophrenic) building from two different angles.

So which is right? Or are they both right?
We asked Ballet PR manager Melissa Carroll.
"I'm not sure there should be any drawings out at all," she said. "I don't know where they might have come from."
She then said she'd check with high-ups, and came back with a terse e-mail answer.
"At this time Houston Ballet Board is in the process of evaluating the feasibility of a new building," she wrote.
Follow-up questions like whether the economic downturn might mean no new building at all were not answered.
But at least we'll always have the pretty drawings.
