The Lake Plaza project at Hermann Park is getting a $1 million donation to build what's described as "an elegant, arched" bridge over the lake.
The name of it? The Tiffany & Co. Foundation Bridge.
It's a pretty clumsy name, but we're assured that the million-dollar bridge itself will be the epitome of class:
The Tiffany & Co. Foundation Bridge, an elegant, arched design, will serve as a centerpiece of the Park and Plaza, offering romantic views from a newly accessible vantage point, increasing connectivity within the Park and enhancing the beauty of the area without disturbing the natural surroundings.
We're sure the huge plaque advertising Tiffany's will also be done in the most tasteful way imaginable.
