Imagine going without Tang.
Hurricane Ike has forced the cancellation of the planned docking of a Russian cargo ship with the International Space Station. When the Johnson Space Center closed, there was no one to guide it to the ISS, so engineers have put it back in a safe orbit until things in Houston get clear.
"Station Commander Sergei Volkov and Flight Engineers Oleg Kononenko and Greg Chamitoff are awaiting the arrival of the cargo ship. The spacecraft is carrying more than 2 tons of supplies, including food and fuel," NASA says.
Hey, at least they'll be out of the storm surge.
