Olivia Flores Alvarez reports that the bridge to Galveston is now open. Looks like the police are letting people back in with Galveston driver's licenses.
There's tons of debris on the side of the bridge, and the southbound lanes are still closed, but there's two-way traffic on the northbound lane. Very slow two-way traffic, but traffic nonetheless. -- Keith Plocek
