FEMA Not Looking Too Good in Greenspoint

Sources with the Houston Police Department and the church say that FEMA took over on Monday from the state, and that's when the food stopped.
"There is no communication with FEMA," said a police officer on the scene. "If there is, they aren't listening. We need food."
The sources say this is consistent with what they've heard from other PODs.
People started lining up at 3 a.m. at the Greenspoint location. By the time the operation was up and running at 9 a.m., there was a half-mile walk-up line and a three-mile drive-up line.
