Can Edouard Save Jose Medellin?

He's the guy scheduled to die tonight in Huntsville, after being convicted of capital murder in the notorious Ertman-Pena case.
The World Court couldn't save him; George Bush and Rick Perry have made clear they don't give a damn what the World Court says.
So will Edouard save Medellin, at least for a day?
No.
"The weather won't be a factor," says Michelle Lyons, spokesperson for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, "Unless the unit were to actually come down."
So much for a rain-out, Jose.
