Bad news for the family of a pregnant woman who went missing in Houston two weeks ago: The Chronicle reported yesterday that Texas Equusearch has called off its search of Tierra Adams, last seen January 29. Equusearch head Tim Miller was reported as saying volunteers searched for Adams for a week.

Good news for the family of Natalee Holloway, an Alabama woman who went missing in Aruba in 2005: Texas Equusearch returned to the island last December, hopping aboard a kick-ass boat in order to find a three-year-old corpse.
