State District Judge Brock Thomas has asked the jurors to try again. She should go to prison for fraud, and repay the money she stole. Why should she be treated any different then the ceo of Enron?

To included the commercials and billboards around town. You can't entertain a Coca-Cola exec or SAP exec at a shack with nothing to talk about. Other school presidents either have a budget for misc activities or the school outright pays for them.

She got the best lawyer money can buy and obviously she got her money's worth. Thats the whole problem she always wanted the "best" of everything but on the Taxpayer's dime.
