Judge Layne Walker of the 252nd state District Court said there wasn’t enough evidence for a conviction. Granger still faces a civil suit.
The AP story incorrectly states that 3K stood for "Kutchie Kissing Klique." The correct spelling of the first word is “koochie,” which means something else entirely. – Keith Plocek
