One of automotive history’s coolest extinct cars may be brought back to life soon by a Houston company, according to the
L.A. Times. DeLorean Motor Company has refurbished the eponymous gull-winged beauties for years, but there are plans afoot to build them from scratch. But with a projected manufacturing capacity of about 20 cars a year, there will probably be one helluva waiting list. You better get in line right now, especially if you want one with the flux-capacitor option. (Offer does not apply to Libyan terrorists and FBI informants.) --
