Lookin' good!
The Sheriff’s Office received a best-dressed award from the (presumably) prestigious National Association of Uniform Manufacturers & Distributors. (Sure, the award was actually handed down last year, but your fashion-backwards correspondent at HouStoned just heard about it.)
Here’s how Law & Order Mag describes the studly duds:
The department’s basic look consists of a navy trouser that is striped with tan. Shirts are tan and feature navy blue epaulets with red piping. Neon yellow rainwear provides the high visibility needed during inclement weather. A blue campaign hat finishes the program.
Seriously, you had us at “navy blue epaulets.” – Keith Plocek
