We've found the notes Lawson used in preparing his speech; here are some comparisons he had to cut for time reasons:
Ken Lay was like Gandhi -- He tried to give power to people in India, although to be sure Lay's nuclear-plant boondoggle ended up being what one critic called "the biggest fraud in India's history." Also, when Ken wore a bathrobe he kind of looked like Ben Kingsley.
Ken Lay was like Ronald Reagan: The Gipper always used to say "It's amazing what you can get done if you don't care who gets credit." Kenny was all about giving credit to others, especially Andrew Fastow. And especially when it came to who got the credit for fraud. And if we are to believe his testimony, Kenny, like Reagan, never quite knew what his underlings were doing in his name.
