From chewy oatmeal bars to cocoa-punched pancakes, here are Five Ways to Eat Chocolate for Breakfast.
1. Nutella-Stuffed French Toast Chocolate and hazelnut, need we say more?
This breakfast treat couldn't be simpler. Just spread nutty and chocolatey Nutella between two slices of bread and follow your regular ole French toast routine.
For some added flair, try this recipe, which flavors the custard with vanilla and cinnamon and tops the French toast with macerated strawberries.
2. Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars When chocolate and oatmeal become one

Try this classic recipe for traditional cookie-like bars. Or, for something a little less naughty, try this Skinny Taste taste recipe made with just three ingredients: bananas, oatmeal, and chocolate chips.
3. Mexican Chocolate & Banana Breakfast Smoothie Spice up your life
You can feel good about this chocolately breakfast shake made with old-fashioned oats, almond milk, agave nectar and banana. A simple dash of cocoa powder and pinch of cinnamon give the drink a Mexican chocolate kick.
4. Double Chocolate Pancakes Twice the cocoa, twice the fun
Up the ante on your standard chocolate chip pancake by incorporating cocoa powder into the batter. Try this basic chocolate pancake recipe and use dark chocolate chips to make the pancakes extra rich.
Or, for a bit of a lighter take, try this recipe, which uses whole wheat flour and reduced-fat milk.
