The Wings: Coffee-Rubbed Sticky Wings

If you don't know that Seattle is known for coffee, you've been living under a rock. But perhaps equally as popular is another local specialty: teriyaki. You'll find it everywhere, from tiny fast-food joints to some of Seattle's high-end restaurants.

These coffee-rubbed sticky wings combine the flavors of each in the most glorious way. Sweet, spicy, sour, and bold, the wings are rubbed with brown sugar, coffee, and ancho chile powder, then tossed in a ginger-spiced glaze.

The Sliders: S'pacific Salmon BLTs

This one's a no-brainer, as salmon is widely known as Seattle's signature fish.

Serve miniature versions of the salmon BLT that has become a mainstay at the Seahawks' Quest Field. Made with a filet of freshly-grilled Sockeye salmon, smoked bacon, beefsteak tomatoes, shredded lettuce, dijonnaise, all on a toasted Kaiser roll, it's a surefire crowd-pleaser.

The Crockpot: Dungeness Crab Dip

One of the Pacific Northwest's most beautiful bounties is Dungeness crab. Buttery and nutty with hints of the ocean, this Dungeness crab dip is made with cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and, of course, tons of fresh, flaky crab.

The Half-Time Shot: The Washington Apple

These shots based on Washington's iconic apple are sure to hit the spot...or at least get you a little buzzed.

The Sweets: Beast Mode Skittles

Marshawn Lynch loves Skittles so much that Seahawk fans have taken to showering the field in Skittles whenever he scores. In other news, pot is legal in Seattle.

Make a tray of Skittles cookies or just put out a bowl of the candies at your party so you can make it rain rainbows in celebration of No. 24 like our hipster friends in Seattle.

Happy Game Day!
