Croissants are one of the most difficult pastries to master, especially if you try to make them at home without prior instruction. Spend part of your Sunday at Sur la Table learning how to make croissants during the Croissant Workshop from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. for $69. Not only will you learn the process for making a plain croissant, but the instructor will also teach you how to make chocolate-filled and ham and cheese-filled varieties as well.
