Fleetwood Mac is coming to Houston next week and Quattro has your before and after meal plans already set. If you're still trying to figure out what to eat before and after the concert, have no fear, Quattro is here with its pre-concert menu offering.

The pre-concert three-course menu is filled with various selections for each course. However, the one dish you must eat is the Fleetwood Mac 'n Cheese specifically made for this event. Executive Chef Maurizio Ferrarese will be cooking the pre-concert meal to get attendees ready for a fun night with Fleetwood Mac.

As soon as the concert is over, Vinoteca will offer each person who attended the show a free glass of wine. Of course you must show your ticket to prove you went to the concert. For just $39 per person, you can park at Quattro for free, enjoy the pre-concert meal and post-concert glass of wine. Mac 'n cheese, free wine, Fleetwood Mac and free parking? Sounds like a deal to me and a lot of free stuff. Make reservations online to secure your spot at this pre-concert event.

On Saturday, June 8 from 6:30 to 9 p.m., Central Market Houston will offer a cooking class featuring a menu for a perfect summer dinner. In this Sensational Summer Dinner class you will make lobster corn fritters, an heirloom tomato salad, pickled peach relish paired with sage-rubbed pork chops and a buttermilk cake topped with blackberries for a tasty dessert. Spots are still available for this cooking class. Reserve your spot for $65 online.

Take the whole family out to the Kemah Boardwalk for the first fireworks show of the summer on Friday, June 7. Each Friday night during June and July, the Kemah Boardwalk offers a three hour Fireworks & BBQ Cruise on Clear Lake and Galveston Bay with a dinner buffet filled with classic barbecue treats. Fill your plate with smoked chopped beef brisket, Southern potato salad, cheesy pepper biscuits and chocolate pecan pie for dessert. After dinner, you can enjoy the rest of the cruise with music, dancing and a spectacular fireworks show. Each adult ticket costs $79 and children ages 3-12 get in for $39.

Starting Wednesday, June 5, Haven will serve breakfast for dinner. If you get a craving for pancakes or omelettes in the evening, then you don't have to settle for a 24-hour diner or midnight fast food breakfast meals. Chef Randy Evans will offer breakfast every Wednesday through Friday with options like house-made pancakes with peaches, scrambled eggs with sorghum-glazed, smoked pork belly or a tasso ham-puff pastry.

Every breakfast item will be sold à la carte. Get your breakfast fix twice in one day with Haven's new breakfast menu; you can't go wrong with a cocktail as well.
