Fresh berry filled? Awesome. Rum filled? Even better. All you need are a couple ice pop molds (or paper cups!) and some imagination.

Refreshing Pops: sweet, light and fruity
5. Watermelon Mint Pops
Blend together 5 cups seedless watermelon pulp, 1/2 cup sugar, the zest and juice of 1 orange, and 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves. Pour into molds, insert stick and freeze for 2-3 hours before serving.
4. Blueberry Lemonade

Make a simple syrup by heating 1 cup water mixed with 3/4 cup sugar until sugar has dissolved. Add the zest of 1 lemon, bring to a simmer, then remove from heat.
Strain mixture and mix with 1 cup lemon juice.
In a blender, pulse together 1 cup fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup slightly thawed frozen grape juice.
Add to lemon mixture, fill molds and freeze or create layered pops by filling and freezing alternating layers of lemon and blueberry for 30 minutes per layer until pops are done.
Creamy Pops: smooth and silky
3. Raspberry Yogurt Pops
In a blender, mix together 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1 cup fresh raspberries and 1 tbsp honey. Pour into molds and freeze for 3 hours.
2. Nutella & Banana Fudgsicles
Whisk together 1/2 cup Nutella with 1 1/2 cups milk (skim, whole, soy) until smooth. Add chopped banana, pour into molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.

1. Mojito Popsicles
Recipe from erincooks.com; makes 6 8oz pops
In a pitcher, mix together 1 cup water, 1 1/2 cups fresh lime juice and 2 1/2 cups club soda. Let sit for 5 minutes before adding 1 lemon cut into wedges, 3 limes cut into wedges, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons light rum and 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves. Use a wooden spoon to mash and muddle together.
Pour into molds, insert sticks and freeze for at least 12 hours. For an even boozier version, check out this recipe.
*Alternatively, adding a little vodka or tequila to our Refreshing Pops couldn't hurt either.
