You gotta add Texas Blizzard Shave Ice, they make natural syrups with real fruit with some crazy combos like watermelon + basil/mint   or Mango Puree with Chili powder thats out of this world!

L'es-Car-Go!!! Our city's only French Food Truck. You have to try their Snail Poppers.

The Grilled Cheese Bus never came to because of funding. The owners ended up bringing The Cookie Bus to the streets of Houston instead. You can find them online, Facebook, or Twitter (@thecookiebus).
