Where Are We Eating?

This dish was so good, I forgot to even take a photo before digging in: yellowfin tuna steak cooked to a perfect rare, served on a bed of lentils and nopales. Yes -- nopales. As in cactus. But where did I find this unusual fusion dish in Houston?
