Looks like too much sauce. When eating Chinese food in Houston I find it helpful to ask for an extra plate so that I can rescue the edible portion from the sea of sauce.
No way, not here. I make sure none of that delicious ginger sauce goes to waste by spooning it all over my rice after the meatballs are gone.
