Comment of the Day: Out-Whataburgered?

Here on Eating Our Words, the commenters absolutely make the blog, and our Comment of the Day honors the best of the bunch.

Every day, we read you guys and pick the commenter, or commenters, who made us laugh, cry, salivate over something delicious, or think about things in a new way.

In return, we offer them a virtual White Russian.

No. 13 on Katharine Shilcutt's list of her favorite 100 dishes in Houston: the mesquite-grilled shrimp po-boy at Goode Co. Seafood.

One reader thought they had a better idea.

Wrote JWDC:

Top 10 for me for sure. Except I like to order 1/2 Shrimp and 1/2 Flounder. Both mesquite grilled. Yummm.

Anonymous replied:

If you don't know what Out-Whataburgered means, then not only should you not be food critic, but you need to move back to Taxachusetts..
