Attention, Broke Ass: Booze for a Buck!
Maybe you just paid $500 for a new brake job and then got a speeding ticket on your way to work (oh hey, the speed limit on Washington is 30, not 35). The A/C in your apartment has been sitting at 69 degrees because it's so damn hot and your electric bill is $387. There's about $18.36 in your bank account, and you really need a beer. Don't fret! Lucky for us Houstonians, some very kind establishments are parting with their booze for a mere $1. We've compiled a list of bars and restaurants where you can whet your whistle for less than a pack of gum. Your broke ass deserves a drink.
