Where Are We Eating?

You don't find a lot of deep-dish pizzas in Houston. And you especially don't find many good deep-dish pizzas in Houston. But the pizza below is an exception. Does it look familiar in all its bubbly, crusty, towering glory?

...or a root beer, if memory serves. I seem to remember their in-house made root beer being pretty good. It's no Saint Arnold's, but... nothing is.

EDIT: This was *supposed* to be a reply to Katharine's comment up yonder. Either way... beer or rootbeer, BJ's is pretty good stuff... been too long since I've been. Problem is the only one close I can think of is down near Sugarland... and if I'm going down there for pizza, it's probably going to be at Grimaldi's.

Whatever it is, it looks delicious.  Don't think it is Candilari's or Chicago Pizza & Italian Beef (had deep dish from both, never looked like that).  Looking forward to the answer though!

No Katharine, it doesn't look familiar to me.  I, however, wish it did.

Congrats, Bruce! You are correct. Treat yourself to a beer and pizza to celebrate.
