Chilosos! Bruce R, I'm generally not a fan of the thicker white tortillas, but the ones at Chilosos are truly exceptional.

It's probably just me, but I'm not a fan of fluffy tortillas. Also, it seems like flour tortillas are evolving in the direction of biscuits albeit flatter and wider.

Agreed. I'm open to changing things up, but there are somethings that just don't work for me and this is one of them. That's not how my mom makes them, never has.

Chiloso's, except our Chorizo and Egg tacos were tiny this weekend for the first time - hardly any filling.
