Comments of the Day

This weekend, Katharine Shilcutt judged the Best Tasting Lemonade Competition at the Children's Museum of Houston, in preparation for Lemonade Day. Which got some of our readers thinking:

Wrote csoakley:

I think I must have chugged down about a gallon of lemonade last year driving around the Heights. It's really great to see their faces light up when a new customer drives up (well, most of them anyway).

I've been wanting to put together a Lemonade Crawl and really show these kids some support. Who's with me? Let's overwhelm these kids with some customers and some $$. Surely there are at least a dozen HP readers who will join me on May 1st.

Responded Mandy/Lemonade Day:

Hey csoakley ... funny enough, I'm trying to organize something similar! Drop me a note & let's get it together! mandy@lemonadeday.org

This is a great idea. Who else is in?
