Katharine Shilcutt posted her Top 5 Coffee Hacks, and wouldn't you know it? Some of y'all didn't agree with her and wrote in to tell us how it's done. One commenter, going by "Lol," really upped the ante: 
This is nothing. I grow my own coffee from seeds, harvest the beans, roast them using only the heat of the sun, grind them between two pieces of authentic Ethiopian stone that I excavated from an ancient site myself, then add hot water that has been blessed by priests and shamans from at least twelve different religions, before drinking the finished product out of a golden chalice. Anything else just tastes nasty.
Well, Lol. Um. LOL!
