Katharine Shilcutt celebrated the Chinese New Year this weekend, indulging in some tasty-sounding takoyaki. Commenter foongfest missed that delicacy, but did manage to snag something else he liked: 
My winner for the day? Taiwanese sausages. Yes, it was probably just cooked up pre-packaged sausages but it was oh so delicious. All hail the power of pork and lots of fat.
